🔧 Troubleshooting

You’ve reached the daily limit.Solution:
  • Wait 24 hours before requesting again
  • Try the Discord faucet as an alternative
  • Ask in Discord if you need more for testing
If you requested ETH but don’t see it:Solution:
  1. Wait 1-2 minutes (transactions take ~5 seconds, but interface may lag)
  2. Refresh your wallet (close and reopen)
  3. Make sure you’re on TeQoin L2 network (not Ethereum mainnet)
  4. Check the block explorer to confirm the transaction
Faucet only works for TeQoin L2.Solution:
  1. Switch to TeQoin L2 network in your wallet
  2. Copy your address again (it’s the same address, but make sure you’re on the right network)
  3. Request from the faucet again
The faucet requires a valid Ethereum-style address.Solution:
  1. Make sure your address starts with 0x
  2. Check that you copied the full address (42 characters including 0x)
  3. Don’t include any spaces before or after the address
